Identify the challenge/problem/issue.
Identify the key protagonist of the case.
Design the case around specific teaching objectives.
- Collect information (Primary/Secondary).
- Structure of the case:
- Start with an engaging title
- Background of the business/company/individual
- Main Body of the case:
- Historical backdrop of the problems/issues/challenges
