Ethics Compliance
Preamble
Guided by the Jesuit spirit of Magis—a pursuit of excellence in all endeavors—XLRI – Xavier School of Management is dedicated to nurturing responsible global leaders who embody uncompromising human values and a sensitive social conscience. Our ethical values underpin our commitment to academic excellence, social responsibility, and ethical leadership. This document articulates XLRI’s core ethical values, publicly affirming our dedication to integrity, fairness, and inclusiveness, in alignment with our mission to foster a sustainable and just society.

Public Accessibility
This document is publicly available on XLRI’s website (https://xlri.ac.in/ethics-compliance), reflecting our commitment to transparency. It is reviewed periodically to align with global ethical standards.
Oversight
The Office of Ethical Compliance, established by the Director, oversees adherence to these values, with EthicoSphere providing advisory support. Ethical concerns can be reported to the Oversight Official at ethics@xlri.ac.in.
Oversight Official Appointment
Oversight Official for a term of three years, effective May 15, 2025:

Committee for Ethical Compliance
The Oversight Official reports to the Director and serves as the primary contact for ethical concerns ethics@xlri.ac.in.
The Committee meets quarterly to review policies, address grievances, and plan initiatives, with regular and ad-hoc meetings as needed.
Operational Team Members support operational tasks, such as coordinating training and managing reports.
This initiative reflects XLRI’s commitment to the Jesuit spirit of Magis and our mission to develop ethically grounded leaders. I encourage the XLRI community to support the Office of Ethical Compliance in fostering a culture of integrity and responsibility.
