CXO Series

The Guest Speaker Team of XLRI, Jamshedpur has launched its most enriching series named CXO Series. The CXO Series is an initiative driven by the PGDM (GM) batch of XLRI Jamshedpur. This is a platform where eminent senior leaders and business heads from diverse sectors and industries interact with the students of XLRI,Jamshedpur by visiting the campus. The students get an opportunity to learn from the corporate world. The series provides visible solutions to face tactful situations for the upcoming managers and leaders of large organizations through knowledge sharing,mentorship and guidance from success stories of CXOs. The forum allows industry stalwarts to share valuable insights on their roles and responsibilities, their knowledge about the industry, the corporate culture and the diverse challenges they face. CXO Series for the Management students help them get exposure and access to the top practitioners in their fields, imparting knowledge on issues that relate to real-world businesses, apart from traditional in- lectures and case discussions.
